Select the File you want to add the LUT to in the Project Window. In another panel open the EFFECTS panel. Video Effects > Color Correction > Lumetri Color. Drag the "Lumetri Color" Effect Plugin onto your Alexa clip in the Project window. (onto the original clip, not in a sequence).
Open Effects Control Panel. With that clip highlighted, twirl down the first "carrot" next to basic correction. Next to INPUT LUT you will see a drop down. You should see "ALEXA_DEFAULT_LogC2Rec709". there you go.

LUTs aren't really meant to work that way. LUTs aren't just general like that. You need to specify the source footage, camera and CODEC type before you can get a LUT that will do that conversion. As a result, the LUTs can be found on many of the camera maker web sites.
This is assuming you are talking about LUTs for video files and not some sort of monitor conversion. In that case, it is just as hard to answer with that little bit of information. If you would elaborate on your needs, I might be able to help.

From there you can copy and paste that from the Effect Control window. Might have to apply the LUT to each one, but that is the way to make it work.

You might want to look here too... but keep in mind this is going to give you a LUT for a bunch of Exposure indexes as well as EI vs. LR color spaces. The Way I described above is simple. It is also built in with no need to download anything.
