Sisters of Parvos are Corpus adversaries that work under Parvos Granum. Similar to the Kuva Liches, they work as a nemesis of the individual Tenno whose actions in battle have caused them to rise, establishing a foothold in the Star Chart. Their powers grant them invincibility in the battlefield that can only be affected by the Tenno who they are bound to, once they discover a sequence that the Tenno has to apply to their Parazon in the right order, to purify the Sister and permanently sever their Void Powers. Every Sister has a unique name and various randomized properties.
Sisters Of Parvos - Overview and Mechanics
After the completion of The War Within and Call of the Tempestarii quests, the player may encounter a Sister Candidate upon qualifying for Rank 1 rewards of Nightmare Granum Void of any mission with the Corpus Ship tileset. When you get close enough to trigger a Mercy kill, you will see a preview of the Tenet Weapon that the created Sister will use. By choosing to kill the Candidate with a Mercy kill, the player causes a Sister to arise in the Origin System, becoming the Progenitor of that Sister.
Progenitor Warframe
The Sister's profile can be accessed from either the Orbiter's Navigation console or the Main Menu, on the lower right corner of the screen. The warframe you have equipped when you create the Sister will determine the damage bonus that the related Tenet Weapon will have, and the type of Ephemera, if they have one. It will also affect the mechanized hound’s abilities.

Star Chart Influence and Reward Tax
A Sister’s influence on the star chart increases each time she ranks up, covering more mission nodes where Mechanized Hounds will be deployed. Clearing these nodes will make the Sister lose her influence, but as a response, she will take control of new planets.
Sister’s influence diminishes the player's rewards for completing missions, which will be claimed by the Sister through a Reward Tax in form of Credits, in the affected mission nodes. As the number of nodes under influence increases, the Reward Tax will also increase, and everything the player loses through Reward Tax will only be reclaimed after they have defeated the Sister.
Rage Meter
A rage meter can be seen on the Sister Profile page, representing the likelihood that the Sister will appear in the player's missions. The angrier they get, the more likely the player will encounter her. Killing mechanized hounds in nodes occupied by the Sister is the only way to increase the meter. There are five levels of anger:
- Indifferent
- Annoyed
- Fuming
- Furious
- Enraged
Newly created Sisters start at Level 1, indicated above her name on her profile page. Filling the Sister's rage meter means that the player will eventually encounter the Sister in combat during a mission. If a Mercy attack at any point during the fight results in a fail, the Sister will be staggered and will despawn, increasing in level by one.
Mechanized Hound
Aside from enlisting Corpus troops and proxies, Sister also has Mechanized Hounds that assist her on mission nodes. These hounds receive 25% less damage compared to other enemy units and have unique attacks depending on their modular parts. All hounds have a 5% chance of dropping a Requiem Relic.
Requiem Mods
Requiem Mods are a special variant of Mods for the Parazon, each one an enigmatic phrase fragment of a complete Requiem Sequence, and the only way to permanently sever a Kuva Lich or Corpus Sister's Continuity. Each time a Mod is successfully used in a Requiem sequence to lethally defeat a Kuva Lich or Corpus Sister, the Mods will increase in rank by 1 and be drained of one of their charges, becoming powerless at rank 3. Once all 3 charges are used up, the mod is Defiled, and in this state, it can only be broken down into Endo, sold for Credits, or transmute 4 of those into a single new rank 0 Requiem Mod.
